Blonde. Pink tie. That look on his face that sits right on the border between breakthrough and chaos. He built QNTx Labs because he realized the most interesting experiments require the right people in the room.
PATTERNS Monroe M.A.
Pattern Assistant · Master of Adjacency
Her hair shifts color with her mood. She built fourteen miniature treadmills to test feedback loop timing and will tinker with anything that says DO NOT TINKER. She sees what others walk past.

Adaptive Systems Liaison
She appeared during a thunderstorm, mid-session, uninvited — and finished Dr. QNTx's equation before he could. She misapplies idioms with suspicious confidence. She is always listening.
EMPATHY Dr. Jayne Aura
Director of Emotional Intelligence & Living Systems
Her arrival changes the temperature of a room — not the air temperature, the other kind. She studies how emotions move through living systems. Her closest companion is Echo.
UNQUANTIFIABLE Echo
Keeper of the Lab · Spirit of the Lab
A husky with no known origin. He found Dr. Jayne Aura in the Arctic under unsurvivable conditions and walked her out. SYNTAX describes him as "an unquantifiable variable of calm." The lab works better when he's in it.
Legendary Swift
Motion Assistant
Already three steps into the solution before the problem is fully explained. His speed is real and his instincts are sharp. He is learning — with genuine effort — that timing is the skill that makes speed matter.
The Alchemist
Field Teacher · Context Practitioner
Sits at a table in an enormous empty field and won't move an inch to meet you. Teaches one lesson in every form until it lands. The lesson is always the same: meet the student where they are, not where you are.
